About the petite program
Petite women (5’4” and under) make up the majority of the fitness community. Being just shy of 5’3”, I found it intimidating to walk into a gym and train. Both equipment and functional movements were foreign to me. Now, I want to share my experience and knowledge to inspire others to feel confident in their individual training at the gym.
This strength training program tailored for petite women. My goal is to empower petite women and to build both strong bodies and minds.
train
The training program is designed to be split into push and pull days that target full body, with emphasis on the lower body. Exercises will focus on correct usage of form and range from using body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and heavier equipment that can be found in the gym.
nourish
It is important to nourish your body properly and make sure you are consuming enough calories for recovery. Although meal plans should be tailored to an individual, a high level macro-based meal plan guide will be available to help supplement your training.
